Rowena Cage
Rowena is a vibrant and passionate self-taught artist, writer, and creator whose journey has spanned over a decade. Rowena is a published author and illustrator of the beloved children’s book series Bliss Friends and the founder of creative and inclusive projects like the Bliss Hive Hub, Allow Your Bliss, BlissCon, and the Bliss Rest Stop, a permanent installation located on the third floor inside the Hot Shops Art Center.
Rowena’s work is centered around spreading joy and helping others connect with their true selves. Rowena holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Sociology (UNL) and Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership (College of Saint Mary) and has a diverse background as a Caribbean native, a former real estate agent, chef, photographer, and Diversity Administrator at Woodmen of the World. This brings a unique perspective to every project. Rowena’s work is all about fostering self-love, community, and inclusivity.
